I have had East Sac Computer Repair work on 3 of my laptops now and every time the computer comes back not just fixed, but better than it was before. Ryan always goes the extra mile and does it without the typical IT attitude. When I ask questions he always explains things to me in a way I will understand without treating me like I am an idiot. His prices are very reasonable and he is a local business so I like that when I call him, he actually answers vs a maze of numbers and voice activated prompts. Oh, and he does house calls, which for me is great since I am often too busy to add one more errand to my day. If you have a problem with your computer and don’ want to be ripped off by some “Geek”, I would call ESCR, Thanks again Ryan!
Hi Ryan,I just wanted to tell you how very pleased and thrilled I am with our computer after you “fixed” it. Ofcourse, I miss going for a cup or two of coffee while the computer took it’s time to fire up, then time for a sandwich waiting for e-mail to come through. You are a miracle worker and we are so grateful. The computer is fun, once more - not a slow drag. And - you solved our Mac interface with it’s printers, even when you said you didn’t know Macs. If you ever need a reference for your work, please feel free to use our name and e-mail.Thanks again for your work.
Ryan, thank you so much for all the work you did on our computer this weekend. We truly appreciate all the extra you did for us. When my computer initially went out I asked all around for a referral to a good reliable computer person that would assist us we our computer problems. However no one really knew of anyone. I say all of this let you know that I will definitely tell others of the excellent service you provided and will refer others to you. Thanks again.
Just wonderful. I’ve used Ryan for a number of years now. Unhesitatingly would recommend him to anyone. Knowledgeable and customer friendly. For someone like me who has no tech skills, Ryan is a lifesaver. And a nice guy too.
Very few people who own a computer manage to avoid completely the countless dybbuks of the cyber world, whether they are crashed hard drives, nasty viruses, or horror tales about ISP servers. We in River Park and nearby areas are blessed with reliable help in the person of Ryan Petta of East Sacramento Computer Repair. Ryan has installed a new hard drive for me, untangled malfunctioning software, and (most importantly for me) did absolutely heroic battle with that unresponsive beast, A.T.& T., in setting up a new internet connection. When you have the PC blues, give Ryan a call. I think you will be pleased.
